Who can take part

  • You have a specific genetic change in your tumor called BRAF V600E.
  • Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
  • You have already been treated with Encorafenib and Cetuximab, and your cancer grew while on that treatment.
  • Your cancer either shrank or stayed stable for at least 3 months on that previous treatment.
  • You are generally well enough to get around and take care of yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
