Who can take part

  • You have metastatic colorectal cancer with a confirmed BRAF V600E mutation.
  • You have been treated with at least 2 prior chemotherapy regimens for metastatic disease.
  • You previously received a BRAF inhibitor plus an anti-EGFR drug combination for at least 4 months and had stable disease for more than 6 months or a partial or complete response.
  • At least 4 months have passed since your last BRAF inhibitor treatment.
  • Your cancer has grown during or within 6 months of your last chemotherapy regimen.
  • You are age 18 or older, and your daily activities are not limited (ECOG 0-1).
