Who can take part
- Ages: 40–85 (for iRBD) or 50–85 (for Parkinson’s group)
- You can give informed consent and complete memory/thinking testing
- You do not have major neurologic or psychiatric conditions (past or current)
- You do not have inflammatory or autoimmune diseases
- Your depression score is below a moderate range (BDI or BDI-II must be < 20) and you meet a cognitive screen (MoCA ≥ 26 for “cognitively healthy”)
- You can safely have PET/MRI: no MRI metal/implants issues and you tolerate lying still in the scanner
