Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of prostate cancer from a biopsy or surgery report
- Your cancer is “castration sensitive” (it still responds to hormone treatment that lowers testosterone)
- Your scans show limited spread: up to 3 spots on CT/bone scan and up to 5 spots on PSMA or choline PET/CT
- You must not have spread to internal organs (visceral metastases)
- Your blood tests and organ function must be adequate (blood counts, liver tests, and kidney function)
