Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of prostate cancer from a biopsy or surgery report
  • Your cancer is “castration sensitive” (it still responds to hormone treatment that lowers testosterone)
  • Your scans show limited spread: up to 3 spots on CT/bone scan and up to 5 spots on PSMA or choline PET/CT
  • You must not have spread to internal organs (visceral metastases)
  • Your blood tests and organ function must be adequate (blood counts, liver tests, and kidney function)
