Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have prostate cancer confirmed by a biopsy and it has spread to 3 or fewer spots outside the pelvis (like in lymph nodes or bones).
- You have not received any treatment for prostate cancer yet, including radiation, chemotherapy, or focused therapy.
- You are well enough to be up and about (performance status score 0–2).
- Your doctor expects you to live longer than 2 years.
