Who can take part
- You are age 18 to 75
- You have diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or progressed in the brain/spinal fluid (confirmed by scan, and sometimes biopsy or spinal fluid test)
- You have at least one measurable tumor/lesion that can be followed on imaging
- Your general function is fairly good (ECOG 0–2, and ECOG 3 may be allowed if the doctor thinks it’s due to the tumor)
- You can safely take study treatment (blood counts, liver, kidneys, and other main organs are adequate)
- If you can become pregnant: pregnancy test is negative and you agree to birth control during the study and for 6 months after
