Who can take part
- You can sign consent and are age 18 or older.
- Your general health is good enough (ECOG 0–1).
- Your cancer type and stage match: advanced or unresectable HCC or ICC, with specific prior treatments and progression.
- Your liver is working well enough (Child-Pugh A or B for some groups).
- There is at least one measurable target tumor you can be followed over time, and at least one tumor that can be safely injected.
- You have not recently taken other study medicines and you meet key health-safety checks (infections, heart status, brain disease, bleeding risk, and other meds).
