- You are age 18 to 75, and you can sign consent and follow the study plan

- You have measurable tumors on scans (they can measure the cancer) and stage II–IV that can’t be removed by surgery
- You have not had prior chemo, targeted therapy, or local artery-based liver treatments for this cancer recently
- Your liver function is good (Child-Pugh class A) and your overall health score is 0–1
- You have no brain/meninges metastases and no recent serious bleeding, stomach/gut holes, or bowel blockage
