Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older and willing to sign consent
  • You have platinum-resistant epithelial ovarian cancer (it worsened within 6 months of platinum, or while on the latest platinum treatment)
  • Your tumor must test positive for TAG72 protein in lab testing (enough cells with strong staining)
  • You have tried other cancer medicines besides platinum (like taxanes and/or other options) and either it did not work or you could not tolerate them
  • Your body can handle treatment: adequate blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver, and heart function above set limits)
  • You cannot have certain conditions, like active autoimmune disease needing strong medicines, active infections like hepatitis or HIV, or prior serious lung inflammation/pneumonitis requiring steroids
