Who can take part

  • You have colon cancer that has spread or come back (confirmed by biopsy).
  • You previously had oxaliplatin plus a 5-FU–type medicine (like 5-FU, capecitabine, or S-1) as first treatment, and it stopped working within a set time window.
  • Your scan shows at least one measurable tumor spot on CT (size thresholds apply).
  • Your tumor is required to be BRAF wild type; the study also uses MSS/pMMR for at least one group.
  • Your health status is good enough for treatment (performance status ECOG 0–1) and you have enough blood, liver, and kidney function.
