Who can take part
- Your colon or rectum cancer has spread and is adenocarcinoma confirmed by biopsy/pathology, or it is locally advanced and not removable.
- You have had at least two rounds of standard chemotherapy for metastatic colon/rectal cancer (with special rules for certain early relapses).
- You must have complete tumor testing done: full genetic/RNA profiling plus an extra lab test that checks how your tumor cells respond to drugs.
- You need at least one place of cancer that can be measured on scans and is suitable for a biopsy guided by imaging.
- Your general strength matters: you must be able to do most daily activities (ECOG 0–1).
- You must be able to safely take the study medicines (including swallowing oral drugs if used) and have acceptable blood counts, liver, and kidney results; you also must not be pregnant or breastfeeding and must use reliable contraception.
