- You have mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia caused by early Alzheimer’s disease (EOAD)
- Your dementia stage scores are CDR global 0.5 or 1.0
- Your memory test score (MMSE) is above 20
- You do not have dementia caused by non-Alzheimer’s diseases
- Your liver and kidney labs are within limits (ALT/AST not more than 2x normal; eGFR at least 45)
- You have not recently taken an investigational drug or had an amyloid-targeting antibody
