Single-dose study for healthy adults and early Alzheimer's participants

Alzheimer's DiseaseHealthy Participants

Part of Brain & nervous system, Mental health clinical trials.

This trial tests a new investigational drug, BMS-986446, given as a single dose to healthy volunteers and multiple doses to people with early Alzheimer's disease. It aims to understand how the drug moves in the body, its safety, and whether it triggers an immune response, which could help guide future treatment for Alzheimer's.
