Who can take part

  • You’re an adult (over 18).
  • You have an inherited PALB2 gene mutation in your germline (family) test, and you do not have a BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation.
  • Your breast cancer has spread (metastatic).
  • Your cancer is either triple-negative, or HR-positive and HER2-negative (and has progressed after the required prior treatments).
  • You’ve had prior treatment with both an anthracycline and a taxane, and you may have had platinum before under specific conditions.
  • You’re not in “visceral crisis,” and your blood counts, liver, and kidney tests are strong enough.
