Who can take part

  • You have breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and HER2-negative.
  • You have a confirmed mutation in the BRCA1, BRCA2, or PALB2 gene (from a blood or tumor test).
  • Your cancer is advanced (locally advanced or has spread to other parts of the body) and you have not yet received any systemic treatment for this advanced stage.
  • You are generally well enough to do most daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You do not have untreated brain metastases, spinal cord compression, or certain other serious medical conditions.
