Who can take part

  • Your breast cancer is either high-grade ER-positive/HER2-negative, triple-negative, or has a BRCA mutation or a positive HRD test (RECAP)
  • Your cancer is locally advanced (cannot be cured) or has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic)
  • You have a tumor that can be biopsied (not in the lung or bone)
  • You are in reasonably good health (able to care for yourself and do light activity)
  • You have had 4 or fewer previous chemotherapy treatments for advanced disease
  • You have not had radiation or other cancer drugs within the last 2–4 weeks
