Who can take part

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Smoke cigarettes now (at least 1 per day) and have smoked at least 100 cigarettes in your life
  • Be willing to choose a quit date within 2 weeks of joining
  • Be able to give written informed consent
  • Be able to read Lao at a basic level (study literacy test score of 4+)
