MRI study of heart scar using gadolinium in repaired heart defects

  • You are older than 13 years
  • You have a history of congenital (from-birth) heart disease that has been repaired
  • You are being referred for a cardiac MRI
  • You are scheduled to receive gadolinium dye as part of routine care or for planning a procedure
  • You do not have severe anxiety or claustrophobia related to MRI (self-reported)
