FOXP3-targeted immune therapy for IPEX

Who can take part

  • You must have a FOXP3 gene mutation confirmed
  • You should have IPEX with ongoing or worsening symptoms, and you either can’t use immune-suppressing medicine or have symptoms that come back
  • If you have had a prior stem cell transplant, your IPEX symptoms have returned and still need immune-suppressing treatment
  • You must be able to tolerate the study procedure (including blood collection/leukapheresis if needed) and meet weight and overall health thresholds
  • You must not have an active ongoing infection and should have acceptable heart, liver, kidney, and bone marrow function
  • You must be able to give consent (or have a legally authorized caregiver consent for a child)
