Who can take part
- You have newly diagnosed, untreated mantle cell lymphoma confirmed by biopsy, and the cancer cells are CD20-positive
- You’re age 70 or older, or age 60–69 if you can’t safely receive high-dose chemo followed by your own stem cell transplant
- Your general fitness is not too limited (ECOG 2 or less)
- Your heart, kidneys, liver, and blood counts are strong enough for study treatment
- You agree to sign the informed consent form
