Who can take part
- You are at least 60 years old and have not had any prior treatment for your MCL.
- Your lymphoma is at stage II, III, or IV, and stage II needs treatment.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (at least 1.5 cm in a lymph node or 1 cm elsewhere).
- You are in fairly good health, able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0-2).
- You do not have lymphoma that has spread to your brain or spinal cord.
