Who can take part

  • You are under 18 or 18+ (the study treats these age groups separately)
  • You survived COVID-19 OR a serious acute respiratory infection
  • You were admitted to an ICU/PICU at a participating hospital
  • Your breathing condition started within 14 days of ICU/PICU admission
  • You needed breathing support such as a ventilator, non-invasive breathing machine, or high-flow oxygen
  • Your ICU/PICU stay lasted at least 24 hours (you were not admitted for less than 24 hours)
