Who can take part
- You are under 18 or 18+ (the study treats these age groups separately)
- You survived COVID-19 OR a serious acute respiratory infection
- You were admitted to an ICU/PICU at a participating hospital
- Your breathing condition started within 14 days of ICU/PICU admission
- You needed breathing support such as a ventilator, non-invasive breathing machine, or high-flow oxygen
- Your ICU/PICU stay lasted at least 24 hours (you were not admitted for less than 24 hours)
