Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older.
- Your bile duct blockage is from a non-cancer (benign) cause.
- Your prior ERCP procedure failed or ERCP can’t be done because of surgically changed anatomy.
- You are willing to sign the consent form to join the study.
- Your blood clotting and platelets are safe for the procedure (INR not above 1.5, platelets not below 50,000) or can be corrected.
- You can safely handle the sedation used for the procedure, and you can return for follow-up visits.
