Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with cyclic vomiting syndrome (CVS)
  • If you are joining a healthy control group, you do not have a personal history of CVS
  • You do not have active psychosis or major confusion/changed thinking
  • You do not have certain neurologic history, like seizures, fainting/passing out, stroke, or significant head injury
  • You do not have an implanted device (like a pacemaker or nerve stimulator)
  • You are not pregnant and are not using certain medicines/substances that can lower seizure risk
