Who can take part

  • You have moderate to severe depression confirmed by a screening questionnaire
  • Your current depression medications have been stable for at least one month and will stay the same during the study
  • You are not currently receiving TMS, ECT, or ketamine treatments
  • You have no history of seizures, epilepsy, brain injury with prolonged unconsciousness, or major neurological conditions
  • You are able to safely receive magnetic brain stimulation and can tolerate an MRI scan
  • You are not pregnant and have no known allergies to the study medications (d-cycloserine, baclofen, memantine, or lorazepam)
