Who can take part
- You will sign consent and follow the study plan.
- You are age 18–75 (Phase Ia) or 18+ (Phase Ib), and expected to live at least 3 months.
- Your cancer is advanced or has spread and is inoperable, and you have at least one measurable tumor spot.
- Your body is strong enough for treatment: you can function at level 0–1 on the ECOG scale, and major organs (bone marrow, liver, kidneys) meet blood test limits.
- Your prior side effects from cancer treatments are mostly back to mild (grade 1 or less, with a few exceptions).
- You can provide tumor tissue from the past or fresh tissue within 3 years (or the doctor may still decide if tissue can’t be provided).
