Who can take part

  • You must have a locally advanced or metastatic digestive tract tumor or another solid tumor that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread.
  • You need to be 18 years or older (if in Phase Ib) or between 18 and 75 years old (if in Phase Ia).
  • You must be able to do your daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You need to provide a tumor tissue sample from the last 3 years or agree to a fresh biopsy.
  • Your prior cancer treatments must have caused only mild side effects that have mostly gone away.
  • You cannot have serious heart, lung, or other uncontrolled health problems, active infections, or other cancers in the last 5 years.
