Who can take part

  • You must be older than 6 months.
  • You must have a tumor sample with at least 30% blast cells (high burden) for vaccine preparation.
  • Your cancer cells must show certain markers (CD19, CD22, CD20, CD10, or CD123).
  • You must be relatively active and well (KPS score above 60) and expected to live more than 3 months.
  • Your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys must function adequately (e.g., heart pumping well, oxygen levels normal, creatinine and liver enzymes within limits).
  • You must not have any condition that prevents cell separation (like certain blood disorders).
  • You must understand and sign a consent form.
