Who can take part

  • You have B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) and either do not have a suitable donor for a stem cell transplant from someone else, or you choose not to have that type of transplant.
  • Your leukemia cells have a marker called CD19 (confirmed by a lab test).
  • You are between 15 and 65 years old.
  • Your heart, kidney, liver, and lung function must be good enough for the treatment (tests will be done to check).
  • You have not had treatment that targets CD19 before, and you do not have an active infection or serious brain/nerve problems.
