Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older
- Have HR+/HER2+ early breast cancer (not HR+/HER2- or other types)
- Have stage II or stage III breast cancer and be entering treatment for the first time
- Plan to start a standard chemotherapy-based “neoadjuvant” regimen chosen by the study doctor (examples include TCbHP, THP, EC-THP, or AC-THP)
- Have a good overall function score (Karnofsky Performance Status 70 or higher)
- You should not have had any cancer treatment before (no chemotherapy, radiation, targeted therapy, or hormone/endocrine therapy)
