Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This trial is testing a new treatment approach for patients with a certain type of breast cancer (HR+/HER2-). It combines radiation therapy with chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug before the patient's main surgery, to see if it can shrink or eliminate the tumor more effectively.

Toripalimab and radiation for breast cancer not responding to chemo

This trial tests whether combining the immunotherapy drug toripalimab with targeted radiation can help patients with HER2-negative breast cancer whose tumors did not shrink after initial chemotherapy. It aims to find a new treatment option for these patients.

NCT06472583Recruiting· Phase 2
Immunotherapy and radiation before breast cancer surgery

This trial tests giving immunotherapy combined with a precise, high-dose radiation boost before surgery for HER2-negative breast cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can improve outcomes, especially for cancers that are more advanced or have spread to a few other spots in the body.

Personalized treatment before surgery for early HR+/HER2+ breast cancer

This trial tests whether a customized treatment plan given before surgery can improve outcomes for women with early-stage HR-positive, HER2-positive breast cancer. The goal is to shrink the tumor and make surgery more effective.

NCT07188246Recruiting· Phase 2
Radiation and immunotherapy before chemo for breast cancer

This trial tests a new approach for breast cancer that combines a short course of focused radiation (SBRT) with an injection of the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab directly into the tumor, followed by standard chemotherapy before surgery. The goal is to see if this combination helps shrink the tumor more effectively before surgery.

Radiation, chemo, and immunotherapy before surgery for triple-negative breast cancer

This trial tests a combination of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), chemotherapy, and an immunotherapy drug called AK104 given before surgery to treat triple-negative breast cancer. It aims to see if this approach can shrink tumors more effectively and help patients avoid a mastectomy.
