Who can take part
- You are a woman between the ages of 18 and 75.
- You have been diagnosed with stage II or III breast cancer (early but not metastatic).
- Your breast cancer is hormone receptor-positive (ER or PR positive) and HER2-positive (IHC 3+ or FISH amplified).
- You have not had any previous cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, targeted therapy, or hormonal therapy).
- You are healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function (heart, liver, kidneys).
- You should not be pregnant, and you must be willing to follow the study requirements.
