Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor cancer confirmed by lab tests, and it either didn’t respond to standard treatment, can’t be tolerated, or has no standard option
  • If your cancer is liver cancer (HCC): your liver function score (Child-Pugh) must be 7 or less
  • You must be well enough for treatment (ECOG performance status 0 or 1)
  • For the early safety part (dose escalation), you need at least one scan spot that can be measured; for later parts, you need at least one measurable spot
  • You must not have had certain cancer treatments close to starting (chemo, radiation, other anti-cancer drugs, or investigational drugs) within 28 days
