Who can take part

  • Your heart ultrasound shows your atrioventricular valve has moderate or severe calcification and disease (leaking, narrowing, or both)
  • You have symptoms and your heart failure symptoms are at least Class II
  • You are 18 or older, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • A heart team says a catheter valve replacement could help you and fits your heart anatomy
  • You’re likely too high-risk for standard surgery (for example, STS risk above 8%) or you cannot have surgery because of severe valve calcification
  • You can understand the study and agree to follow all visits and tests
