AORTIC VALVE DISEASESAortic Valve StenosisAortic Valve Regurgitation

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This trial tests a new type of aortic heart valve (PoliaValve) for people with severe aortic valve disease who need valve replacement surgery. If you qualify, you will receive the experimental valve and be followed for one year to see how well it works.

Testing a new polymer heart valve for aortic disease

This trial tests a new type of artificial heart valve made of polymer (a special plastic-like material) for people with severe aortic valve disease. It aims to see if the valve is safe and works well, giving you an option for a replacement valve that might last longer.

Testing a new artificial heart valve for aortic valve disease

This trial tests a new polymer heart valve for people with severe aortic valve narrowing or leakage. It aims to see if the valve is safe and works well as a replacement.

Studying a new valve for tight heart valve

This trial tests a new heart valve device (Venus-Vitae) for people with severe aortic stenosis, a condition where the heart valve is too tight. It aims to see if the device works well for patients of all surgical risk levels.

Study testing a new valve delivered through a blood vessel

This trial studies Prizvalve Pro™, a new transcatheter (catheter-based) aortic valve replacement, for people with severe aortic valve narrowing who are too high-risk for standard surgery. It may help your heart work better and improve symptoms by replacing the failing valve without open-heart surgery.

A study of a new device for leaking heart valves in LVAD patients

This trial tests a new device to treat a leaking aortic valve in people who already have a left ventricular assist device (LVAD). The goal is to fix the leak without open-heart surgery, which may improve how well the LVAD works and reduce symptoms.
