Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • Your current biological heart valve is either moderately or severely narrowed or leaking.
  • You have symptoms like shortness of breath or chest pain that affect daily activities (NYHA class II or higher).
  • Your heart team decides that you are at high risk for open-heart surgery or cannot have it safely.
  • You understand the trial and agree to participate and follow up.
  • You do not have severe valve issues like a clot, infection, or certain anatomical problems that would make the new valve unsafe.
