Who can take part

  • You have liver cancer (HCC) confirmed by biopsy or specific scan/blood rules used for diagnosis.
  • Your cancer involves portal vein tumor clot in the main trunk or central branch.
  • You have at least one measurable liver tumor on special imaging and your body strength is good (ECOG 0).
  • Your blood counts and liver function must be strong enough (including Child-Pugh class A).
  • You cannot have had prior immune checkpoint therapy for cancer (like pembrolizumab or similar).
  • You must be able to safely receive SBRT radiation with dose/risk limits for nearby organs.
