- You have liver cancer (HCC) confirmed by biopsy or specific scan/blood rules used for diagnosis.
- Your cancer involves portal vein tumor clot in the main trunk or central branch.
- You have at least one measurable liver tumor on special imaging and your body strength is good (ECOG 0).
- Your blood counts and liver function must be strong enough (including Child-Pugh class A).
