Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your liver function is good (Child-Pugh class A) and your ECOG performance score is 0 or 1.
- You have been diagnosed with liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery.
- You have already received 2 months of TACE (a liver-directed treatment) plus lenvatinib and sintilimab (targeted and immunotherapy), and your tumors have shrunk or stayed the same.
- You have 1 to 3 remaining active spots in the liver that can be treated with radiation.
- You have not had any other cancer treatments like targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or radiation before.
