This trial tests a combination of two targeted drugs — anlotinib (which cuts off a tumor's blood supply) and trastuzumab deruxtecan (which attacks HER2-low cancer cells) — for advanced breast cancer that has stopped responding to previous treatments.
This trial tests adding entinostat (a drug that may help hormone therapy work better) to anlotinib or fulvestrant for people with HR-positive, HER2-negative advanced breast cancer that has worsened after prior hormone therapy and a CDK4/6 inhibitor. It aims to find a new treatment option for those who cannot use chemotherapy yet.
This trial tests a new combination of two drugs, anlotinib and benmelstobart, for people with advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma that has not been treated before or has come back after more than six months. The goal is to see if this combination can help control the cancer and improve outcomes.
This trial tests a combination treatment including anlotinib for women with hormone receptor-positive breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and has stopped responding to standard therapies. It is for those who have already tried a CDK4/6 inhibitor and endocrine therapy.
This trial tests a combination of two drugs, anlotinib and TQB2450, for people with advanced endometrial cancer that has not responded to previous chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this combination can help control the cancer.
This trial tests whether inetetamab combined with pyrotinib and vinorelbine works better and is safe for adults with HER2-positive advanced breast cancer. You may be considered if standard options have not removed the cancer with surgery and your body can handle chemotherapy and HER2-targeting medicines.
