Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and generally active (able to do light housework or office work).
- Your breast cancer has spread and cannot be removed by surgery, and it tests as HER2-low (a specific low level of a protein).
- You have already tried at least one type of chemotherapy and your cancer is no longer helped by hormone therapy.
- You have at least one tumor that can be seen on a scan (not a spot that was already treated with radiation and is stable).
- You have not previously taken a drug that blocks blood vessel growth (like anlotinib) or a specific type of antibody-drug conjugate (like trastuzumab deruxtecan).
