Who can take part
- You can sign consent and are willing to follow the study plan for the full time needed
- You have high-grade (grade 2 or 3) soft-tissue sarcoma in the deep body or arm/leg area
- Your cancer is resectable by surgery and has not spread to distant organs (T1–4, N0, M0)
- You have measurable tumor visible at the main site, plus an MRI within 4 weeks before radiation starts
- You can get an MRI (no MRI contraindications) and you cannot be pregnant
- You must agree to blood/plasma samples for future research and follow required lifestyle rules
