- Your tumor is measurable on scans and you are healthy enough for chemotherapy and hyperthermia.
- You have not had chemotherapy or radiation for this tumor before, and you do not have cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
- You have adequate bone marrow, liver, kidney, heart, and blood clotting function.
- You do not have metal implants in the tumor area or a heart device like a pacemaker.
