Using a scalp device plus temozolomide for brainstem gliomas

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have a glioma that involves or invades parts of the brainstem (like the pons, midbrain, or thalamus area)
  • You finished all prior cancer treatment (including surgery and radiation) at least 4 weeks ago
  • You can do study visits and required tests, and follow the treatment plan
  • Your basic blood and organ tests are strong enough for treatment with temozolomide
  • You agree to use effective birth control during the study (and for a while after), if you can become pregnant or if you are a male partner
