Who can take part
- You are age 20 or older and can sign written consent.
- You have been diagnosed with glioblastoma (GBM) that has either come back or progressed after initial standard treatment.
- You have at least one tumor area that can be measured on scans (per the study’s RANO approach).
- Your general function is good (ECOG 0 or 1) and you can take part in study activities.
- If you take steroids (like dexamethasone), your dose has been stable for at least 2 weeks before starting study treatment.
- You can meet pregnancy/birth-control rules: you are not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and you use reliable contraception for the required time after the last dose; men must also use contraception rules if not surgically sterile.
