Who can take part

  • Your tumor must be a WHO grade 4 glioblastoma with IDH “wildtype,” or a WHO grade 3 astrocytoma with IDH mutation (and intact CDKN2A/B)
  • You already finished standard radiation therapy (external beam radiation)
  • You must fit timing with temozolomide: for glioblastoma you received at least 80% of planned TMZ doses during chemoradiation; for astrocytoma you tolerated TMZ for at least 2 but no more than 4 treatment cycles
  • Recent blood, kidney, liver, and other lab tests must show you have enough organ function for treatment
  • If you can get pregnant or cause pregnancy, you must agree to avoid sex or use approved birth control; if you take steroids for brain swelling, your dose must be stable or going down
