  • You’re between 30 and 60 years old.
  • You’ve been exercising less than 90 minutes per week for the last 3 months.
  • You sit more than 8 hours per day.
  • You can walk 4 blocks and climb 2 flights of stairs without needing a walking aid.
  • You have a cell phone that can receive text messages.
