Who can take part

  • You’re 18 or older (male or female).
  • You have a colorectal diagnosis that your care team plans to treat with a robotic operation.
  • If you need a transanal procedure (through the anus), your rectal/anal tumor or growth must meet specific early-stage limits (for example, not beyond 15 cm from the anus) and be of certain types.
  • You’re generally healthy enough for surgery and can follow the study plan, including coming for follow-up.
  • You can understand the study and sign written consent.
  • If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, you can’t join; if you can get pregnant, you must use reliable birth control (or confirm you can’t become pregnant) before and during the study.
