  • You have a new (recent) diagnosis of leukemia or a related blood disorder
  • Your condition must be one of: AML, ALL, high-risk MDS, or myelofibrosis related to MPN (specific types)
  • You have not had prior treatment for this condition (except certain allowed medicines)
  • You agree to join and do not oppose being enrolled in the study cohort
  • You have health insurance (social security or other coverage)
