Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with breast cancer that has not spread to distant organs (stage I–III).
- Your cancer primary treatment is finished, and it has been at least 3 months.
- You have quality-of-life limits from cancer (about 4/10 or worse).
- You are able to join the study and can give signed consent.
- You are not currently getting or planning chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have not joined another study using behavioral or mind-body/complimentary therapies.
