Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with early-stage gynecological cancer (ovarian, endometrial, cervical, vaginal, or vulvar) that hasn't spread far
  • It has been at least 6 months since you finished all treatments like surgery, chemo, or radiation
  • You have not been doing yoga regularly (every week) for the past 6 months
  • You can attend at least 80% of the online yoga sessions using a device with a camera
